Review Merighi’s Savoy Inn at WeddingWire
A Word From the Maitre d’

My Name is Tom Merighi, Jr. I am the President of Merighi’s Savoy Inn. My job is to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly from start to finish. Actually, our dealings start with the first meeting right after your engagement. You get to deal with me directly right through the whole reception planning process. We meet to discuss menu selections, floor plan options, and proper protocol.
Then the day of your wedding finally arrives. My day begins by setting your room according to the floor plan that you return to us. I actually go around to each seat to ensure that everyone will be comfortable and have a nice view. Once the room is set, flowers, decorations, and wedding cakes begin to arrive.
When the reception begins, I am right there to greet your guests and to make sure that every detail is perfectly carried out. I personally orchestrate your introductions, blessing, first dance, and toast. This means that I am there to make sure that this part of the reception runs smoothly and without mistake. Many places do not provide a maitre d’ and this can cause confusion and leave an important part of the evening up to chance.
You can rest assured that at the Savoy, WE, personally handle and coordinate the special events. We take care of the escorting during the introductions, the special dances, the cake cutting ceremony, and even the garter and bouquet festivities. Of course, we work in conjunction with your entertainment and photographers.
Also, every one of your guests will know who is in charge of your reception if they have a special need or request. It will be my pleasure to serve you, your family, and your guests on the ‘big day.’ It is also my pleasure to answer any questions you may have leading up to your wedding day. Do not hesitate to give me a call or drop me an email.
I look forward to working for you.
Feel free to call or email anytime. I can be reached by phone at (856) 691-8051 or you may email me at savoyinn@comcast.net

Hi
Planning a wedding for January 2012 im looking for prices for 50-100 people please let me know thanks for your time
Hello, My name’s Gabby and I’m getting married this October. But we can’t a find a nice affordable place, OR a place that will fit 200 guest. We’re on a very tight budget, so we’re going to have some friends cook for us, not only because it’s less expensive but also because we want a specific type of spanish food that most caterers don’t offer. So, I wanted to know if we could rent a ballroom and how much it will be. I will be the happiest woman on earth! Literally.
I was wondering if you would cater to parties of around 40-50. Dates could be flexible for Friday or Sunday. Looking for July 2011-Sept 2011. Wondering what kind of packages you could do.
Thanks
Hey Valerie:

Thank you,
