Savoy Inn $25 Prix Fixe Menu

Tuesday 9/20 thru Saturday 9/24 4pm

First Course: Caesar Salad, Artisan Field Greens, Soup du Jour, French Onion Soup, Marinated Shrimp Cocktail

Second Course: Rigatoni with Shrimp, pancetta, sun-dried tomatoes, grilled eggplant, and a vodka blush sauce

Petite Filet- grilled filet with crispy tabasco onion straws, Merlot demi-glace, and fingerling potatoes

Pan Seared Salmon- with sauteed leeks, grape tomatoes, a citrus beurre blanc

Grandmom’s Country Chicken- 100% organic- no steroids or hormones- slow roasted with fresh mint, garlic, olive oil, and Italian herbs

Third Course: Brownie Sundae, Homemade Amaretto Chocolate Mousse, Caramel Apple Creme Brulee.
